"HAVING BREAKFAST IS NACESSARY FOR
US"
Technology was changing time by time, until now.
Nowadays, not only technology that moving fast, but also human activity. Once
we were moving, somehow it would just like never stop. Studying at school,
working in the office, doing some household, etc. Time'll never walk slowly or
walk forward or even stop. They'll always keep walk and sometime, run.
Well, it was good, if we do it with a hard work and keep trying, we'll get the best in the future.
Now, as all of us know about that, we should have a good condition to do almost every activity, right?
Good condition make a better mood, and a better mood bring us the brighter or the best idea and stamina. That's why breakfast was very important in this point. Why?
Almost any and every activity, we begin it at the morning. And to start it, we have to get some energy, carbohidrat, and calorie to stay up fit. Breakfast in the morning is the perfect fuel for that.
A healthy breakfast do bring a lot of advantages.
Well, it was good, if we do it with a hard work and keep trying, we'll get the best in the future.

the one and almost important is, that our body need some energy to start a day,
and a breakfast give what it needs. Calorie, carbohidrat, protein, zinc, and
calsium make it perfect. At least, if we do our breakfast, we will be more fit
do some activity until at noon. Without breakfast, we could just 'survive' for
about 2 or 3 hours.
Second,
if we should concentrate something, breakfast can help us. Of course it does,
because a breakfast that contain some fresh fruit in it, we'll be much good at
concern, espesially to do a thing like study at school. Do activity with an
empty stomach, it just make us sleepy all day.
Third,
our body will look fit, fresh, and good for the day, if we eat breakfast plus
some milk or juice. Eating no breakfast make our body weak and pale.
The last, from the psychal side, breakfast was very important for a family. It's the time when the big family came to eat at the table together and say 'hi' or 'good morning' to each others. It is good for the family harmony.
Nah, we've seen a lot of advantages if we do breakfast. Why don't we start it at now, before it's too late? :)
